Mrs. Cyril Rohrer funeral Saturday
Funeral services for Mrs. Cyril M. Rohrer, 61, were held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in Sacred Heart Church. The pastor, Rev. Norm White, officiated at the funeral mass, and the burial services at St. Joseph's Mission Cemetery, south of Clarion.

Mrs. Rohrer died unexpectedly at her home, 710 East Broadway, Thursday morning, Jan. 16, but she had been in ill health for about six weeks.

She is survived by her husband; three sons: Paul of Marquette, Mich.; David of Davenport; Quentin of Fort Dodge; three daughters: Mrs. Daryl Watts of Eagle Grove; Mrs. Larry Krablen [Kroblin] and Mrs. Raymond Heim of Humboldt. Other survivors are 17 grandchildren; two brothers: Carlyle Anderson of Eagle Grove; Harold Anderson of Long Beach, Cal.; three sisters: Mrs. Clarence Ford of Adel; Mrs. Russell Johnson of Sioux City; and Mrs. Lawrence Petty of Lancaster, Calif.

Mrs. Rohrer, the former Gladys Marie Anderson, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Anderson. She was born in Eagle Grove July 7, 1913 and attended Eagle Grove grade and high schools. She was married to Cyril M. Rohrer on Feb. 21, 1933 in Sacred Heart Church, Eagle Grove. They farmed for several years east of Eagle Grove and moved to town in 1951. She was employed at M & M Livestock Products Co. in Eagle Grove for 12 years.

Rosary services were held at the Kastler-Babcock-DeYoung Funeral Home Friday evening at 8 o'clock.
