Timothy Seiser, 32, Webster City, died April 19, 1996 as the result of a two car accident at the intersection of C-70 and 69, east of Woolstock. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Webster City, with Rev. Bill Van Nostrand and Vicar Mark Follett officiating. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at Foster Funeral Home after 5 p.m. Tuesday until 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, when the casket will be taken to the church.

Timothy Allan Seiser, son of Richard and Mary Anne Murrow Seiser, was born July 29, 1963 in Webster City. He attended Webster City schools, graduating in 1982. He served in the United States Army - Infantry in the United States and Germany from 1982 until 1983. On Nov. 2, 1994, he married Shani Jo Burns in Elk Point, S.D. The couple resided in Webster City and were later divorced.

He is survived by daughter, DeAnna Jo Seiser, Callender; father, Richard Seiser, Webster City; mother, Mary Anne Johnson, Austin, Texas; sisters, Tammy Talbot, Appleton, Wis., Terri Wolff, Fort Dodge, Tina Poland, Webster City; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers.

Mr. Seiser was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
