J. R. Sheriff received a message Wednesday, stating that his grandchild, the baby of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davis at Coulter, was dead and would be buried here Friday. --Goldfield

A baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davis of Alexander died last Wednesday. The body was brought here for burial and the funeral services conducted by Rev. N. H. Daily, were held at the Baptist church Friday afternoon. –Goldfield
