Funeral Services For Mrs. O. F. Gunderson Conducted Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Maddel Gunderson, 88, long-time resident of Eagle Grove were conducted in Eagle Grove Evangelical Lutheran church at 2 p.m. Monday by Pastor Kenneth Torvik. Pallbearers were Gus and Laurence Gunderson, John Henneberry, Harry Midland, John Kaplan and Joe Jensen. Interment was in Rose Hill cemetery. Mrs. Gunderson died in a hospital in Omaha, Neb., Saturday after an extended illness. Survivors include two sons, Joseph of Eagle Grove and Oscar of Detroit, Mich., nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Her husband, Ole, preceded her in death as did their daughter Martha, Mrs. William Midland, and two sons, George and Clarence.
