Funeral services for Mrs. Herman Bruswitz, 75, of Pawling, N. Y. will be at 10 o'clock this (Thursday) morning at the Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Forbes in charge. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. She died early Saturday morning.

Mrs. Bruswitz is survived by her husband and two brothers, George of Hayworth, Calif., and Percy of Glendive, Mont. Her brother, Raymond Thorpe of Clarion, died a few years ago.

Anna Louise Thorpe was born at Forsyth, Mont. Her parents died when she was three years of age and she came to live here with her aunt and uncle, the late Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Nobles. She attended the Eagle Grove schools, graduating with the class of 1916. She was married to her high school classmate, Herman Bruswitz, in Eagle Grove in 1922. The couple lived in Sheldon for several years where he was a high school coach. Later they lived in Washington, D. C. and New York City, N. Y.

Mrs. Bruswitz worked for the Veteran's Administration for many years before retirement and later for Guide Post Magazine in New York City. The couple resided in Pawling, N, Y. for the past several years.
