Warren Wesley Morrison
6 September 1878 --- 6 June 1967

Funeral services for Warren Wesley Morrison, 88, will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home. Rev. Bernard Olson, pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate, and burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Morrison died Tuesday morning at the Rotary Ann Home. Mr. Morrison is survived by one daughter, Mrs. A. E. Woodke of Eagle Grove.

Mr. Morrison lived most of his life in Charles City, and moved here in 1946 with his wife, so that they might be near their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Woodke. Mrs. Morrison preceded him in death.

Obituary

Warren Wesley Morrison, son of Charles H. and Lydia Capron Morrison was born Sept. 6, 1878 at Charles City, Iowa, and died at the Rotary Ann Home in Eagle Grove June 6, 1967.

He grew to young manhood on a farm north of Charles City. Throughout his life, farming continued to be his chief interest. June 13, 1906, he was united in marriage to Edith A. Dawley and to this union was born one daughter, Berlynn, now Mrs. A. E. Woodke of Eagle Grove.

In 1946 he and his wife moved from Charles City to Eagle Grove to be near their daughter and son-in-law. He was a member of the Methodist church.

He is survived by his daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Woodke of Eagle Grove and one brother, Wayne M. Morrison of Charles City. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, two sisters, and one brother.
