THE REV. JOHN J. SALHUS
Services for the Rev. John J. Salhus, 85, 3609 Columbus avenue, who died Thursday, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Bethel Lutheran church, with burial Sunday at Eagle Grove, Iowa. Mr. Salhus was pastor at Hazel Run, Minn., from 1903 to 1921. Since that time he had served in the stewardship department of the Evangelical Lutheran church. Minneapolis. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Reed Johnson, Tracy. Minn., Mrs. T. G. Overson and Esther Salhus, both of Minneapolis; a son, Reuben, Minneapolis; a brother, Iver Vikingstad, and a sister in Norway.
