Funeral services were held Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church in Dows for Margaret Ann Eriksen, 15, of Dows who passed away Monday morning, August 9 at the Clarion Memorial Hospital following a lingering illness. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery with the Van Hove Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Margaret Ann was born September 10, 1949 at Iowa Falls, the daughter of Norman and Marlene French Eriksen. Besides her parents she is survived by one brother, Roger, 17; three sisters: Mary Ellen, 12; Marsha, 11 and Marla, 5; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Aage Eriksen, Dows and Mr. and Mrs. R. B. French of Chapin.
