Henry Gardner Zimmerman
20 December 1881 ---- 28 February 1962

Henry Zimmerman, 80, of Sioux City died at the home of his daughter Mrs. R. J. Peterson of Sioux City. Mr. Zimmerman was born December 20, 1881 at Dows, Iowa and engaged in the newspaper and insurance business before before retiring and moving to Sioux City in 1957. He was a member of the Cottage Grove Avenue Presbyterian Church, Pioneer Masonic Lodge and Zagazig Shrine Temple at Des Moines; the I Club at Iowa City and the White Shrine and Rose Croix Chapter, O.E.S. in Sioux City. The body was to be sent from the Heaton Wescott Funeral Home to Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines for services and burial. Survivors in addition to Mrs. Peterson are his widow Mrs. Mary Zimmerman and son Charles Zimmerman of Des Moines.
