Stephen Eugene Barbour
December 22, 1954 ----- October 28, 2020

Stephen E. Barbour, 65, lost his battle with Alzheimer’s on October 28, 2020. Steve was born in Fort Dodge, IA on December 22, 1954 to Edwin and Anna (Goodwin) Barbour. He attended Iowa Central Community College, the University of Iowa and Drake University Law School, graduating with his J.D. in 1980. He married the love of his life, Michelle, in 1982. Steve served Central Iowa as the Webster County Attorney and as a Juvenile Judge. Steve always had a passion for education, teaching college classes throughout the years at Iowa Central Community College, and Grandview College.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Anna (Goodwin) Barbour, and his brother Bill.
Steve is survived by his wife of 38 years, Michelle, his kids Erica (Jason Andersen), and Joel (Annie Barbour), and grandkids whom he adored, Dane and Nash Andersen, and Iris Barbour.
