Mrs. Richard Blewett died Tuesday night at the Pacific hospital. She lived at 753 Sixth avenue west.

Mrs. Blewett was born in Stanton, Virginia, Feb. 20, 1859. She was a member of the Christian church and of the Iowa club. She has been a resident of Eugene for the past 27 years.

She is survived by her widower, Richard Blewett; one daughter, Mrs. Fred Moxley of Salem; one granddaughter, Edith Marie Moxley; two sisters, Mrs. Horace Mclntyre of Denver, Colorado, and Mrs. John Riley of Webster City, Iowa; two brothers, James Kershner of Central, Ore., and Frank Kershner of Goldfield, Iowa; and the following nephews and nieces: Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mclntyre, Mr. and Mrs. James Russell, Mr. and Mrs. Hans Olson.

The funeral services are to be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o clock at the Branstetter-Simon chapel, Dr. E. V. Stivers officiating. Interment will be in the Gates cemetery.
