Services Saturday for Mrs. Joe Biondahl, 39

Funeral services for Mrs. Joe Biondahl, 39, of Thor will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Thor Lutheran Church with burial in Ullensvang Cemetery at Thor. Kastler-Babcock-DeYoung Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She died unexpectedly at her home early Thursday morning.

She is survived by her husband, Joe, a son David and two daughters, Deborah and Shari, all of Thor. Other survivors include her parents, Mervin and Eva Jacobsen Rusher, a brother, Darrell, and a sister, Mrs. Randy Klinker, all of Humboldt, and a sister, Mrs. William Eggers of Knierim.

Laurrita Rusher was born at Duncombe, raised there and at Humboldt, graduating from Humboldt High School. She married Joe Biondahl July 19, 1956, at Thor.

She had been a teller at Humboldt Trust and Savings Bank for the last seven years.

Sudden death of Mrs. Joe Biondahl

Mrs. Joe Biondahl, 39, died at her home in Thor Thursday morning following a sudden illness. Services were April 15 at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ullensvang Lutheran Church with burial in East Ullensvang Cemetery, Thor.

Surviving are her husband, Joe; son, David; and daughters, Deborah and Shari, all at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Rusher, Humboldt; brother, Darrell Rusher, Humboldt; sisters, Mrs. Randy Klinker, Humboldt and Mrs. William Eggers, Knierim.

OBITUARY

Laurrita Mae Rusher was born April 11, 1937, at Duncombe, Iowa, the daughter of Mervin and Eva Jacobson Rusher.

She received her education in the Duncombe and Humboldt Schools, graduating from Humboldt High School in the Class of 1955.

She was united in marriage to Joe Biondahl of Thor on July 19, 1956, at Thor.

The couple made their home in Thor from the time of their marriage until her death. She died unexpectedly at her home on April 15, at the age of 39 years and four days.

She is survived by her parents, husband, one son, David Biondahl; two daughters, Deborah and Shari Biondahl; one brother, Darrell Rusher, Humboldt; and two sisters, Mrs. Randy Klinker, Humboldt, and Mrs. William Eggers, Knierim.

Mrs. Biondahl was employed as a teller at the Humboldt Trust and Savings Bank, Humboldt, for seven years.

She was a-member of the Ullensvang Lutheran Church, Thor, and Church Circle.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 17, at 2 p.m. in the Ullensvang Lutheran Church, Thor. Pastor Marlin Ingebretson officiated, and burial was in the East Ullensvang Cemetery, Thor.
