Burial services for former resident
Miss Alice Hobbet, 74, a former Eagle Grove resident, died Friday in Bethesda General Hospital, Fort Dodge, where she had been a patient for about three weeks. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Badger Lutheran Church with the Rev. Arthur Gronberg officiating. Burial was in the family lot in Rosehill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Miss Hobbet is survived by two sisters, Mrs. W. S. Risetter of Fort Dodge and Mrs. Jennie Ellis of Des Moines. Miss Hobbet was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hobbet of Eagle Grove. For the past 40 years she had made her home with her sister, Mrs. Risetter.
