TIMOTHY JOHN FLATEBO

Timothy John Flatebo was born January 17, 1957, in Clarion, Iowa, to Carrol and Judy Freeman Flatebo. He graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1977. He served, in the Air Force from 1978 to 1983. He was a Sergeant at the time of his discharge. For the past 11 years, he lived in Ballston Spa, N. Y. He had also lived in Scotia, N Y., for one year, Eagle Grove for 3 years, and Anchorage, Alaska, for 4 years. He had worked as a truck driver for the past 10 years for Lane Enterprizes in Ballston Spa. He had also worked for Interstate Trucking in Merril, Wis., for the past 2 years. He was a former member of the Scotia Fire Department, the Saratoga Springs Emergency Corp, and the Milton Eagles Volunteer Fire Department in Rock City Falls, N. Y.

Timothy John Flatebo died Sunday, January 4, 1998, at Littleton, Colo, at the age of 38 years.

Survivors include his wife, Karen L. Flatebo; three daughters, Jennifer, Krystal, and Kelly Flatebo, all of Ballston Spa, N Y.; his parents, Carrol and Judy Flatebo, Eagle Grove; one sister, Jodi Schnell, Kamrar; one brother, Jeffrey Flatebo, Grand Forks, N. D.; and two grandmothers, Ruby Freeman, Goldfield, and Geraldine Flatebo, Eagle Grove.

Services were held Friday, January 9, 1998, at 9:30 a.m. at the Ballston Spa United Methodist Church in New York. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Sweetman Cemetery, Charlton, N. Y.

Wheeler Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
