Mrs. Blanche Knight funeral Wednesday

Services for Mrs. Blanche Knight, 88, were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church with burial in Glenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Knight died Monday noon at the Rotary Ann Home in Eagle Grove where she had made her home for the past year.

Survivors include two sons, Clyde, Minneapolis and Gerald, Mount Pleasant; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Born in Warsaw, Ky., she moved with her family to Iowa where she attended the Goldfield schools. She married Thomas A. Knight in Goldfield. The couple farmed near there until his retirement. He died in 1953.

Mrs. Knight was a member of the Rebekah Lodge 185 of Eagle Grove.
