Victoria Maria Melson Loveland
October 10, 1857 --- March 24, 1939RITES SUNDAY
Victoria M. Loveland, 81, a widow, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy M. Beck, 6810 Douglas ave. Mrs. Loveland lived 42 years in Wright county before coming to Des Moines 14 years ago. Her husband, Franklin K. Loveland, died in 1917. Survivors include a son, Irving, Summit, N.J.; another daughter, Mrs. J. A. Plumley, Wichita, Kan.; two brothers, J. G. and G. G. Melson; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Saylor and Mrs. Sarah Carrier. Services will be held at 9:30 a. m. Sunday at Dunn's Funeral home with the Rev. Thomas H. Gallagher, pastor of Grace Methodist church, with which Mrs. Loveland was affiliated, officiating. Burial will be at 3 p. m. Sunday at Dows, Ia.Des Moines Register --- Des Moines, Iowa
