Nancy Lorraine Hanus
28 March 1954 --- 8 January 2020Nancy Lorraine Hanus, 65, of Eagle Grove passed away on January 8th, 2020 at Unity Point Hospital in Fort Dodge from complications of cancer and COPD.
She was preceded in death by her parents Emil (Jr.) August and Lorraine Vera [Kepler] Hanus of Eagle Grove, her sister Janice and husband Gary Lalor of Eagle Grove. She is survived by her sons Anthony Emil Freeman and John Kenneth Freeman of Eagle Grove, her brother Billy Hanus and wife Julie of Eagle Grove and sister Patsy Lindstrom and Tony of Webster City.
She enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She enjoyed taking trips with her longtime companion Dave Stansberry. She also loved to fish, camp, and gamble.
A celebration of life will be held at Rails Depot on January 21st from 5-7 p.m. with burial at a later date.
