LaVonne M Thompson Albright
5 March 1914 ---- 25 April 1978

LaVonne M. Thompson was born March 5, 1914, at Renwick, Iowa, the daughter of Thomas and Martha Swenson Thompson.

She graduated from Renwick High School. LaVonne was united in marriage to Donald Way of Eagle Grove. Mr. Way died in 1945, of a sudden illness. She was united in marriage to Harold Albright, of Webster City, at Des Moines, in July, 1957. The couple moved to Springdale, Ark. in 1958 to make their home.

Mrs. Albright passed away on Monday, April 25, at the Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, Ark. At the time of her death, she was 64 years, one month and 20 days.

She is survived by her husband, Harold; one daughter, Joan, Mrs. Rayner Hanus of Sioux Falls, S.D.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Delores Chaisson of Boston, Mass.; a stepson, Darold Albright of Iowa City. One sister, Mrs. Thelma Miller, Mason City; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild, also survive her. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held on Friday, April 28, at 2:00 p.m., at the Kastler-Babcock-DeYoung Funeral Home, Eagle Grove. Rev. Charles Dutton of the First Baptist Church, Eagle Grove, officiated, and burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
