Emma Lillian Heinbrodt Knight
16 August 1879 --- 2 February 1963

Mrs. Emma Knight, 83, died Saturday at the Askvig Custodial Home where she had been a resident for seven years. Mrs. Knight is survived by two daughters Mrs. Nick Wohlwend, Des Moines, and Mrs. Lorenzo Trask of Thor. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one sister Mrs. L. W. Escher of Corwith. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry. The Knight family formerly lived on South Iowa Ave. for many years. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the First Methodist church in charge of Rev. Lyle Lieder. Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery. Mrs. Knight was a member of the Methodist church and the Royal Neighbors lodge.
