Mrs. Knowlen Dies
The remains of Mrs. Rhoda Knowlen arrived here Tuesday morning over the North-Western from Grenada, [Granada] Col. The funeral was held at the home of the deceased in the East Side Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock, Rev. York having charge of the services, and interment was made in the family lot in the Goldfield cemetery.

Mrs. Knowlen was 73 years of age. Her death came unexpectedly being caused by pneumonia. She was ill only a couple of days, passing away Saturday morning at the home of her son Joe, at Granada, Col., where she had been visiting. The deceased leaves besides a husband, eight children living consisting of three daughters and five sons, who remain to mourn their loss.
