DEATH OF FORMER MONTMORENCI MAN
William Kassner, a former resident of Tippecanoe and White counties died at Goldfield, Iowa, Saturday evening at 6 o'clock. His demise was caused by a complication of diseases. The greater part of his life was spent in the vicinity of Chalmers, and he moved to Iowa eight years ago. He is survived by a widow and five children, and one brother, Rufus [Rudolph] Kassner of Medaryville, and two sisters, Mrs. Gus Erickson and Mrs. Thomas Gear, of Montmorenci. The body was taken to Montmorenci for burial and the funeral services were conducted at the home of his sister Mrs. Erickson, at Montmorenci, Tuesday afternoon afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial was made in the Montmorenci cemetery.
