Mary E. (Grubb) Hamblin
1870 - February 1903

The sad intelligence was received here Saturday that Mrs. A. B. Hamblin had died at Des Moines. The remains will be brought to this city tonight and the funeral will be held Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Hamblin's demise is peculiarly a sad one. She has been an invalid for a number of years and was at the time of her death taking treatment. She leaves two young children and her husband to mourn their loss. Mr. Hamblin is a brakeman on the C. and N. W. and has the sympathy of all. Funeral services were held at two o'clock Sunday afternoon from the M. E. Church and interment will be made
in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
