Bonnie L. Brayton, the daughter of James G. and Lucille L. (Lamb) Hill was born June 29, 1929, in
Eagle Grove, Iowa. She was raised and educated in the area of her birth, graduating from Eagle Grove High School. Bonnie married Robert V. Brayton on February 1, 1953. To this union three children were born: William (Bill), Minnie (Cindy) and Dale.

Bonnie worked at Frigidaire and Electrolux in Webster City from 1953 to 1993. Bonnie passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2012, at her home in Eagle Grove at the age of 82 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert in 2008; son, Bill in 2011, and a brother, James Hill. Survivors include her son, Dale, and his daughter, Cindy, brothers, Bruce Hill of Fort Dodge, and Robert Hill of Eagle Grove, sisters, Dolly Myers of Eagle Grove and Donna Ferguson of New Richland, Minn., several nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 13, 2012, at 1:30 p.m., at Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor Dr. Fran Pettigrew officiating. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family. Foust Funeral Home of Eagle Grove is in charge of arrangements.
