Earl Nelson, 64, former Goldfield business man, died at his home in Goldfield Sunday after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Methodist church with the Rev. J. H. Machlan in charge. Mr. Nelson retired from the barbering business a few years ago. He leaves to mourn his wife, Ethel; two sons, Marshall of Britt and Douglas of Goldfield, one daughter, Mrs. Joe Asman of Britt, Mrs. Leo Bartzen of Goldfield, one sister, and three brothers, Joe and Albin Nelson of Goldfield and Lyman Nelson of Kanawha.

Funeral Services for Earl Nelson, 63, were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist Church. He passed away Sunday at 12:30. The Rev. Howard Machlan officiated and burial was in Glenwood Cemetery. Surviving are his wife and three children, Dr. Marshall Nelson of Britt; Douglas and Pauline (Mrs. Leo Bartzen); and one sister, Mrs. Joe Osman of Britt, three brothers, Lyman of Kanawha, Jo and Albin of Goldfield. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
