Jo Ellen Taylor, 71, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, February 8th in Milwaukee.

She was born July 21, 1947 in Clarion, Iowa, the daughter of Raymond and Dorothy (Spellmeyer) Rasmussen. She graduated high school and was united in marriage to John Lack. She attended beautician school and worked as a hairdresser for a number of years. Later working at Ladies Foot Locker. She had a passion for playing the guitar. She is survived by her sons, Joe (Tish) Lack of Des Moines and Jeff Lack of Milwaukee, 3 grandchildren and her brother, Ron (Judy) Rasmussen of Humboldt.

Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1st and the Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Humboldt, Iowa.
