Dwayne Otto Rifen, 65, of Phoenix, a building inspector, died Nov. 26, 1999. He was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Survivors include his wife, Bonnye; daughter, Kathy Marietta; sons, Michael and Douglas; and sister, Margaret Baker. Services are private. Dwayne Rifen, Phoenix, Arizona, was born and educated in Eagle Grove, Iowa. He was a building inspector for the city of Scottsdale, Ariz. Dwayne Rifen died Friday, November 26, 1999, at the age of 65. He is survived by his wife, Lavonna (Bonny); one daughter, Katby Marietta, Scottsdale; two sons, Michael, Sioux Falls, S. D., and Douglas, Phoenix; five grandchildren; and one sister, Margaret Baker, Cape Coral, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother; an infant sister; and a son, Steven Dwayne Rifen. The family asks that any memorials be given to Hospice.
