Mrs. Arthur Arends, Jr. Dies at Manchester

Mrs. Arthur J. Arends, Jr., 29, of Earlville, died at 6 a.m. Sunday at the Manchester hospital where she had been hospitalized for several weeks. Services were held in the Earlville Methodist church this afternoon and will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Humboldt at the Methodist church.

Mrs. Arends is survived by her husband, formerly of Stanhope, one daughter, Vivian Ann, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Engstrom of Humboldt, and two sisters.
