Services Today for Mrs. Anna Mae Lalor

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2:00 in the Baptist church for Anna Mae Lalor, 66, who died of a heart attack Monday, March 19.

Rev. C. S. Beardsley will conduct the services, and pall bearers are Art Thebiay, Claude McVicker, James Ralston, George Wright, E. E. McCallum and Asa Pease.

Graveside services will be at Rose Hill cemetery.

Surviving Mrs. Lalor are six children, Kenneth. C. Lalor of Eagle Grove, Eileen Larson of Prior Lake, Lillian Louise Stokes of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Harry Archibold [Archiebald] of Eagle Grove, Doris Elaine Jensen of Des Moines, and Donald Gene of Iowa City. Also surviving are one sister at St. Louis, Mo., one brother and eleven grandchildren.

Obituary—Mrs. Harry Lalor

Mrs. Anna Mae Donaldson Lalor was born May 6, 1890 at Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. At an early age her family moved to Woolstock where she attended school. On March 18, 1908, she was joined in marriage to Harry J. Lalor in Woolstock. To this union were born six children: Kenneth C. Lalor of Eagle Grove, Eileen Larson of Prior Lake, Minnesota, Lillian Louise Stokes of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Harry Archibald [Archiebald] Lalor of Eagle Grove, Doris Elaine Jensen of Des Moines, and Donald Jene [Gene] Lalor of Iowa City, all of whom survive. She is also survived by her husband; Harry Lalor, one sister and one brother and eleven grandchildren.

She was baptized May 11, 1924 and joined the First Baptist church of Eagle Grove where she took an active part in its ministry. Her church was very close to her heart and she was always willing to do more than she was able. She proved herself a good wife and mother, carefully tending to the needs of her family. She passed away suddenly on Monday, March 19, 1956.
