Adolph Kvale, 78, of Youngstown, Ariz., died May 24 in Mountain View Pioneer Hospital. Survivors include two brothers, Sigvart of Eagle Grove; Anton of Chicago, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Gunhild Johnson of Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. Signe Satta of Eagle Grove and Mrs. Sigrum Salhus [Hussebo] in Norway.

Mr. Kvale came to America in 1907 from Norway where he was born. Before moving to Arizona he had been a wholesale sales representative for I5 years for General Electric in Richland, Wash.

He was a veteran of World War I.
