Mary Margaret Henneberry was born March 2, 1910, in Eagle Grove, Iowa. She attended Sacred Heart Schools and graduated in 1927. She later graduated from Drake University. She had lived in Phoenix, Arizona, since 1946.

Mary Margaret Henneberry, 86, formerly of Eagle Grove, died July 11, 1996, in Phoenix, Arizona. Survivors include a nephew, Gordon Weaver; two nieces, Sue Weaver and Carlin Weaver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Henneberry; two brothers, W. C. Henneberry and John J. Henneberry; and a niece, Nancy Henneberry Weaver. Her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Bowes were Eagle Grove Pioneers.

Funeral services were held on Friday, July 19, 1996, at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eagle Grove with the Reverend Wayne Droessler officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery at Eagle Grove.
