Clarence Christensen
August 16, 1902 -- July 20, 1914

The death of Clarence Christensen occurred at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nels Christensen on Monday of tuberculosis, or some form of meningitis. Clarence was about 13 years of age and his death is sad and untimely. Funeral services are to be held this afternoon, at the United Lutheran church at 2:00 o'clock. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved family.

Death of Clarence Christensen
Clarence Christensen, 12 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Christensen died at his home on North Montgomery St. Monday noon at 12:45. He had been sick about three weeks with a form of Meningitis. His life was despaired of about two weeks ago and he has been a patient sufferer since that time. Everything possible was done for him but without avail. The funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the house at 1:30 and at the United Lutheran Church at 2:00 o'clock. The burial was in Rose Hill cemetery. The bereaved relatives have sympathy of all in their great sorrow.
