Jemima Abagail "Mima" Ellis Worley
March 12, 1894 ---- October 29, 1988

Mima Worley died at Coon Memorial Nursing Home in Dalhart, Texas Saturday evening. She was born at Eagle Grove, Iowa March 12, 1894. She moved to Texhoma in 1906 from Garber, Okla. She was a member of the Texhoma Order of Eastern Star. She married Guy Otis Worley March 7, 1917 in Texhoma. He preceded her in death in March 1956. Survivors include two daughters, Frieda Good of San Diego, Calif., Jelene Butterbaugh of Shattuck, Okla.; one son, Bill Worley of Texhoma; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the United Methodist Church of Texhoma with Jan Putman officiating. Burial will be in the Texhoma Cemetery under the direction of the Dawson - Welch Funeral Home. The family requests memorials be made to the Texhoma Educational Foundation.
