Mrs. C. C. Allen Dies After Stroke

Mrs. Charles C. Allen, 74, Menahga resident since 1933, died yesterday shortly after arrival at Wesley hospital in Wadena. She suffered a stroke the day before. Funeral services will be held at the Menahga Methodist church at 2 p.m. Saturday, with Rev. Roy C. Thompson conducting. Mother of three children, grandmother of two and great grandmother of of one, Mrs. Allen marked their golden anniversary last April 30 in a family reunion.
