Mrs. Dan (Geneva) Rollins died early this morning at the Southfield Care Center where she had resided only one day. She had been in ill health this past year. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Foster Funeral home with the Rev. David R. LaMaster officiating and with burial in the Rose Hill cemetery at Eagle Grove. Friends may call at the Foster Funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.

Geneva Gorden, daughter of Sam and Pauline Thompson Biondahl Gorden, was born Dec. 21, 1919 at Humboldt. She was educated at Forest City. She was married June 27, 1943 to Donald L. Rollins at Webster City and the couple resided in Webster City where Mr. Rollins operated the Rollins Roofing and Siding Co.

She was preceded in death by her husband in January, 1975, and had since resided at 1203 Bank St. in Webster City. She is survived by three sons and one daughter, Ron Benson of Hopkins, Minn., Vona Scott, Donald Rollins, Jr., Terry Rollins, all of Webster City; three step-daughters, Mrs. Bill (Bonnie) Greufe of Blairsburg, Mrs. Guy (Beverly) Silvester, Webster City, and Mrs. Richard (Barbara) Nemechek, Dayton; 26 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters, Manly Biondahl, Thor, Iowa; Sanford Gorden, Stillwater, Minn., Mrs. Don (Bernice) Peterson, Webster City, Mrs. Dennie (Sylvia) Hanson, Dakota City, Mrs. Don (June) Trausch of Belmond, and Mrs. Archie (Betty Lou) Peterson of Fort Dodge. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by one son, Bruce Rollins in April, 1981; her parents and one sister. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church, Webster City.
