Anthony “Tony” Allen Mosiman, 69, a 1965 graduate of Belmond High School, died Nov. 27, 2018. A public celebration of life will be held July 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Red Shed Event Center, 980 2nd Street N.W. in Clarion. A private burial with military honors will be held later at the Belmond Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to: Family Faith Center, Attn: Dave Hernandez, P.O. Box 2376, Rosamond, CA 93560. This is a church that was very special to Tony and helped tremendously with the upkeep of his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents Rollin and Janet Mosiman; brothers Terry Ammerman, Dave Ammerman and Rollie Mosiman; and daughter-in-law Lisa Riley. Tony is survived by his daughter Amber (Bryan) Marquez; son Joe (Amy) Riley; grandchildren Raven (Brianna) Webb, Clover Riley, Chris (Cora) Brown, Jr., Eric Brown, Sayer Riley, Jesse and Serenity Marquez, Jillian and Jakob Kura, and Elise Riley; great-grandson Kaedyn Brown; and sisters Patricia Van Gerpen, Linda Benson and Carla Vrchoticky.

Andrews Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
