Mrs. Frankie Fisher Rites Monday In Methodist Church

Last rites were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Methodist church for Mrs. Frankie Ruby Fisher conducted by Rev. Roy Cox.

Mrs. Fisher died Jan. 30th in Mercy hospital, Fort Dodge, where she had had surgery the previous week.

She is survived by one daughter and two sons, Mrs. F. K. Neeley of' Detroit, Mich., Robert L. Fisher of this city, and Donald B. Fisher of Melrose Park, Ill. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. George Klaas of Washington, Iowa, Mrs. Roy Frasier of Rice Lake, Wis., and one brother Richard A. France of Miami, Fla., also five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Mrs. Fisher was born January 4, 1878 near Woolstock, and was one of seven children born to Mr. and Mrs. Richard A. France, early day residents of Eagle Grove. She was united in marriage to Bert E. Fisher January 1, 1896. To them were born five sons, Harold, Donald, Robert, Richard and Clayton, and one daughter Zola.

The family resided for many years in Clarion when the late Mr. Fisher was sheriff of Wright county.

Preceding her in death were her husband, three sons Harold, Richard and Clayton, and three sisters Mrs. Hattie Baldner, Mrs. Edith Donly and Mrs. Eleanor Pringle.

She was a member of the Methodist church, Order of Eastern Star, and the Rebekah lodges.

Interment was in Rose Hill cemetery, and casket bearers were Ralph Young, John Buhner, Clarence Buhner, Cecil Wilde, Harold Hanson and Fred Brisbin.
