July 27, 1902 ---- April 4, 1990

Adolf Anderson, 87, Minot, North Dakota, died April 4, 1990, in a Minot hospital. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Vincent United Methodist Church, Minot, with the Revs. William Puls and Donald Andrews officiating. Burial will be in Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. today at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Mr. Anderson was born July 27, 1902, in Eagle Grove, Iowa. The family moved to Birchwood, Wis., and to Ryder in 1914. He farmed in the Ryder area from 1922-1946. He married Annette Olsen June 28, 1937, at Minot. They moved to a farm in Ward County. They moved to Minot in 1979. Mrs. Anderson died in 1984. He served on Spring Lake Township Board, Douglas School Board and as director of Farmers Elevator Board in Douglas.

He is survived by two sons, Mylo, Burlington, and Myron, Minot; one daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Carol Jean) Hansen, Ryder; one sister, Esther Ronshaugen, Portland, Ore.; one half sister, Anna Haner, Minot; one half brother, Harold Olsen, Minot; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
