Lillian L. Pamperin died on Saturday, August 17, 2002, at the Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa, at the age of 74.

Survivors include her children, Stan Pamperin, and wife, Lynn, Fort Dodge; Barb Paine, and husband Mike, Geneva, Iowa, Alvin Pamperin, and wife, Vicky, Eagle Grove, Iowa, Jack Pamperin, and wife, Kim, Eagle Grove, and Jim Pamperin and Pam Pfaltzgraff, Eagle Grove; two brothers, Merle Hasse, and wife, Sandy, Breckenridge, Minn., and Jerry Hasse, Fresno, Calif.; one sister, Maxine Thornson, Fresno, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alvin, in 1987; one son, John, in 2000; one sister, Lois Miller; and one brother, Bud Hasse.

Lillian Louise Hasse, the daughter of Arthur and Myrtle (Lindholm) Hasse, was born August 26, 1927, at Nashua, Minn. She attended country schools near Campbell, Minn. On July 25, 1945, she was united in marriage to Alvin William Pamperin at Rothsay, Minn. After their marriage, they moved to Clinton, Iowa, where they lived for several years. In 1957, they moved to Eagle Grove where they lived and raised their six children. She worked for Wilson and Co., Dodger Industries, and Eagle Grove Golf Course, as well as being a homemaker.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 20, at 10:30 a.m., at the Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove with the Reverend H. W. Schiller officiating. Burial was held in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Eagle Grove.

Foust Funeral Home of Eagle Grove was in charge of arrangements.
