Mrs. Margaret Fischer, 79, who lived east of Eagle Grove in Woolstock Township, died at her home early Saturday morning. She had not been in good health for some time, but her death was entirely unexpected.

Mrs. Fischer is survived by two sons, William and Merilyn of Eagle Grove, three daughters, Mrs. Gerald Ellston and Mrs. Merrill McCoy of Des Moines and Mrs. John Avery of Rowan.

Other survivors are eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three sisters and one brother, Mrs. Lydia Tallman and Mrs. Eva Keppers of Clarion and Mrs. Joe Maier, Sr. of Eagle Grove and Harvey Hamer of Woolstock. One of her sisters, Mrs. Elvle London of Waterloo died last week.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Kastler Funeral home. Rev. Robert A. Scott officiated and burial was in Rose Hill cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ganiere and Mrs. Barbara Nemitz of New Richland, Minn., were over night guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fischer. They were here to attend the funeral of Mrs. Fischer.
