Lockjaw May Prove Fatal
Walter Frederick was taken to Iowa City for treatment for lockjaw Tuesday. He stepped on a nail several days ago and the usual home remedies of turpentine, raw pork and other applicants failed to work. He is not expected to live. Dr. MacNaughton took the patient to Iowa City Tuesday and returned early Wednesday morning.
