Virginia A. Morgan, 74, of Phoenix, a retired legal secretary, died Nov. 21, 1996. She was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa, and was a member of Laurel and White Shrine of Jerusalem. Survivors include her companion, Martin E. Walker. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary and Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Ave. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
