Former resident is buried here

Burial services were held at Rose Hill Cemetery Monday afternoon for a former Eagle Grove resident, Mrs. Lee Middleton, of Webster City.

Mrs. Middleton died Saturday at the Hamilton County Hospital, Webster City, where she had been a patient for 10 days.

She is survived by her husband; three sisters, Mrs. Golda Robert, Silverton, Ore.; Mrs. Priscilla Hyde and Mrs. Hazel Wetter, both of Dixon, Ill.

Mrs. Middleton was the former Georgia Hall, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hall. She was born Feb. 21, 1902 at Burt and moved here with her parents when a young girl. She graduated from Eagle Grove High School. She was married to Lee Middleton in 1920 and the couple resided here until 1926 when they moved to Webster City where the owned a produce business. They retired in 1954.
