Mamie Florence Ennis Buried In Eagle Grove
EAGLE GROVE, Aug. 22 —Funeral services for Miss Mamie Ennis, 39, a former resident of this city, who died at the home of her brother in Clinton, were held on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial was made in Rose Hill cemetery.

Bury Mamie Ennis Here Wednesday
Miss Mamie Florence Ennis of Clinton, Iowa, was buried here Wednesday morning. A short funeral service was held at Kubitschek & Kastler's funeral home with Rev. Kilbourn in charge. Miss Ennis died at the home of her brother, Burdette Ennis, at Clinton, Saturday after a twenty-four hour illness. She was born in Eagle Grove, Dec. 2, 1891. She learned the printing trade in the two offices here and later mastered the linotype and was following that profession prior to her fatal illness. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. W. C. Ennis, and two brothers, Clarence of Indianapolis, Ind., and Burdette of Clinton. The Ennis family were among the early settlers of Eagle Grove Mr. Ennis was buried in Rose Hill cemetery nine years ago. Their many acquaintances here extend them their sympathy in the hour of their sorrow.
