December 17, 1855 -- November 13, 1921

W. C. ENNIS FUNERAL THIS AFTERNOON
The funeral of the late W. C. Ennis, a former resident of Eagle Grove, will be held at the Baptist church this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. The Homestead order is in charge of the services as there are no relatives living here. Mr. Ennis died at Clinton, Iowa. He is survived by his wife, one son and one daughter.

The body of William C. Ennis will be taken to Eagle Grove this evening, accompanied by the family. Funeral services will be held tomorrow and interment will be in that city.

William C. Ennis passed away at his home, 811 Stockholm Street after an illness of a brief period. Mr. Ennis was employed by the Clinton Corn Syrup Refining Company. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Daisy Ennis, and two daughters, Clara W. Ennis, of Detroit and Mamie of this city, son Burdette resides at home.
