Sanford Anderson

RENWICK - Sanford M. Anderson, 83; of Renwick, died at home Saturday (Aug. 22, 1981) after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church, Corwith, the Rev.. Bernard Tucker officiating. Burial will be in the Lu Verne Cemetery, Lu Verne.

Visitation is at Blake Funeral Home, Renwick, until time of services.

Mr. Anderson was born at Eagle Grove in 1898. He married Alma Bloom Dec. 26. 1922, at Des Moines. The couple lived in the Eagle Grove / Renwick area and he worked as a dairy equipment salesman.

He had been retired for several years.

Survivors include his wife. Alma; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Stromquist, Clarion; and two brothers, William Anderson, Mason City, and Edward Anderson, Kanawha.
