Mrs. Milford Thompson funeral Friday a.m.

Mrs. Milford Thompson, 65, died Tuesday morning at her home, 414 So. Jackson Ave., following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be Friday morning at 10 o'clock at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. E. W. Lechtenberg officiating.

The rosary services will be conducted today (Thursday) at 8 p.m. at the Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, three sons: Joseph of Chicago, Ill.; Paul of Eagle Grove; and Charles of Phoenix, Ariz. and one daughter, Mrs. Charles Becker of Webster City.

She is also survived by four grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters: Lucien, George and Richard Vilmain of Eagle Grove; Raymond of Hancock, Wis.; Francis of Cedar Falls; Mrs. Amelia Salminen of Chicago and Sister Georgine Vilmain of Menominee, Ill.

Louise Vilmain was born in Lisbon, N.D. Jan. 13, 1908 and moved to Eagle Grove with her parents as a young girl. She attended Sacred Heart School and was united in marriage to Milford Thompson in the Sacred Heart Church Oct. 3, 1942. They lived in Washington State one year and returned to Eagle Grove to make their home.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Rosary-Guild and the Catholic Daughters of America.

January 13, 1908 – June 12, 1973
