Funeral services for Mrs. William Boring, 51, of Fort Dodge formerly of Eagle Grove, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Kastler Funeral Home. The Rev. Roy Cox of Fort Dodge, a former pastor of the First Methodist church here was in charge of the services. Burial was at Rose Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Boring is survived by her husband, five children, Forrest of Hinesville, Ga., Mrs. Gerald Jorgenson, Miss Judy Boring and Mrs. Rosemary Groves of Fort Dodge and Mrs. Wallace Jorgenson of Spirit Lake. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, one brother Lyle Fairchild of Lafayette, Calif., and four step-sisters.

Mrs. Boring was the former Vera Juanita Fairchild of Webster City, and she married William Boring of Eagle Grove in 1933. They moved to Fort Dodge two years ago. Mrs. Boring had been in ill health for several years.
