SUDDEN DEATH.

From Saturday Evening’s Times.

Mrs. John Morgan died suddenly this morning of hemorrhage of the lungs. On Wednesday she went to Paullina, where her husband has work as brakeman, for a visit and returned Friday. In the evening she drove downtown to the band concert and, returning home, retired in usual good health about 11 o’clock.

About 5 o’clock this morning Mrs. Morgan called Miss Rose Scohw, who lives with them, and told her to call one of the neighbors as she was sick. At that time Mrs. Morgan was spitting blood. One of the neighbors came quickly, but before any other could be summoned Mrs. Morgan was dead. A doctor was sent for, but he arrived only in time to confirm the fact that she was beyond relief.

Tillie Anderson was born at Primrose, Wis., August 5, 1873, and died in Eagle Grove, Iowa, August 6, 1898, being 25 years and 1 day old. In March 1891, she was married at Elmore to John Morgan and to them has been born one child, a little girl aged four years. She has been a resident of Eagle Grove for nearly four years, her husband being a brakeman for the Northwestern. In addition to a husband and a little girl she leaves her father, who is the last remaining of her immediate family. The blow falls heavily on him and he will receive the sympathy of many friends equally with husband and daughter.
