October 30, 1915 --- September 16, 1969

Roger B. Doyle, 53, of 5326 North Tracy, died yesterday at a hospital in Mount Vernon, Mo. He was born in Eagle Grove. Ia., and lived here 13 years. Mr. Doyle was a sales representative for the Alberto-Culver company and the Gold Bond Stamp company. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Robnett Doyle of the home; four sons. Roger Chance Doyle, David Robert Doyle and Douglas Phillip Doyle, all of the home, and Michael Allen Doyle with the Army in Berlin, and a brother, Robert James Doyle, Los Angeles. Services will be held at 10 o’clock Saturday at the Butler chapel, 2100 East Russell; burial in Eagle Grove [Calvary Cemetery]. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o’clock Friday night at the chapel.
