James William Bethel
19 August 1847 ---- 3 May 1890

DEAD — J. W. Bethel died at his home in Wall Lake township Inst. Saturday morning of consumption, and the day following was buried beside his son in the Blairsburg cemetery. Mr. P. had been in poor health for several years, gradually failing until the end came, and although a great sufferer at times he bore his affliction without complaint. By his death a wife loses a devoted husband, children an indulgent father and society a worthy and useful member.
